Here at FITUP, Australia Post is our mode of shipping for all orders.
Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-order items.
We will email you once your item has been shipped with tracking details. You should expect you parcel within 1-5 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]tup.com.au and we will track it for you.
Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however if undeliverable a calling card will be placed in your letter box to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.
*NB: Shipping for yoga mats is charged at $20AUD Flat Rate due to weight. Please note that Express shipping is NOT guaranteed on this item, due to location and postage charges per postcode.

Orders are charged a shipping flat rate of $20 AUD.
You should expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. FITUP are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which will allow you to monitor when you should receive your package.
When international orders reach destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. FITUP takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made, along with restrictions or prohibited items that do not pass customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes, duties and prohibited items.
NB: Express Post via Australia Post does not require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service.
We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post/International shipping companies. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the Australia Post/International postal representative upon delivery.
Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
